The MOMMY Study has successfully completed its initial recruitment phase, enrolling over 1,000 families from three geographically distinct sites: Hong Kong, Kunming, and Foshan. This diverse, multi-regional cohort forms the foundation for our longitudinal investigation into early-life microbiome development and neurodevelopmental outcomes.

With this robust inception cohort in place, we have systematically captured a wide range of early-life exposures and microbiome profiles, enabling high-resolution analysis of host–environment–microbiome interactions.
