MOMMY-ENVIRONMENT investigates how environment at birth influence early-life gut microbiome development and health outcomes. We integrate metagenomic, amplicon, and epigenomic data from maternal, infant, and breastmilk samples. This study aims to uncover host–microbiome interactions shaped by the environment, advancing precision biomarkers for early disease detection and establishing one of the first comprehensive multi-omics databases in early-life research.
