Identification of fecal microbiome biomarkers to predict risk of neurodevelopmental disorders including autism spectrum disorder
In this MOMMY-MIND sub-study, we aimed to leverage on a well-characterized prospective inception cohort MOMMY, a comprehensive and large metagenome data inventory and innovative machine learning approaches, we will developed microbiome-based diagnostic models for early detection of diseases in children with a particular focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
